"In a brisk, informative, and morbidly funny style, Doughty explores everything from ancient Egyptian death rituals and the science of skeletons to flesh-eating insects and the proper depth at which to bury your pet if you want Fluffy to become a mummy."
Will My Cat Eat My Eyeballs? And other Questions about Dead Bodies is a standalone nonfiction novel by mortician Caitlin Doughty.
Fun for all ages. When the dedication for this book says "To future corpses of all ages," I knew I was going to enjoy her humour.
This really was just fun and informative. Whether you are an adult who is morbidly curious or is reading for a curious child, you can get something out of this. I don't really know anything about the subject, so it was interesting to learn about and the added humour made it all the better.
